Your Tasks:

  • You concentrate on the customer experience and become a trustworthy partner of one or more of our global top accounts of German automobile manufacturers
  • You will take care of holistic sales support and develop strategies to expand long-term networks and business relationships within our top accounts
  • You strengthen our sales culture, which understands the customer at the centre of all activities, through network maintenance, commitment and personal meetings and you are the first point of contact for problem solutions
  • You bring together the various topics and projects in the accounts, are responsible for sales and forecasts and develop collaborative business cases and ROIs
  • In cooperation with your team and our consulting colleagues, you develop a strategic account roadmap that helps penetrate the relevant customers and ensures the expansion and distribution of the software

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience ideally working in a 200-800 FTE Software Company
  • You have a successful track record of several years in a targeted and dynamic environment and in the support of large enterprise customers, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Your talent lies in building close and trustworthy customer relationships at all management levels and articulating the added value of software platforms in order to achieve maximum sales opportunities
  • In return, you have excellent negotiating skills for complex deals in the enterprise software environment
  • You see success as a collective effort and want to work in an international and highly motivated team with flat hierarchies, an innovative product and plenty of room for self-development
  • You have excellent oral and written communication in German and English
