Our client is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies

We are looking for a Sales Rep. to join the Team in Rozzano (MI) or Rome and, reporting to the Regional Manager South, being accountable for all the business generated within your customer’s portfolio!


You will be focused predominantly in the acquisition of new clients and act as the primary point of contact with customers and prospects. Also interact closely with System Integrators and technology vendors, to bid for tenders as a team or to deliver technology as part of larger solutions.


Job Overview

  • Achieve the assigned sales quota of software solutions, in the segments of Government, Transportation & Defense;
  • Effective territory planning, perform accounts segmentation, focus on the best opportunities & execute the whole sales cycle;
  • Manage effectively the pipeline by balancing the generation of new opportunities and the nurturing the existing ones, with regular use of Salesforce: leads, opportunity development, forecasting;
  • Prepare presentations on single customer needs;
  • Generate Demand through marketing initiatives, executive meetings, webcast, conferences, alliances;
  • Establish & expand sustainable customer relationships, assuring customer engagement by advising on newsolution components, delivering demos, promoting executive meetings, webcasts, conferences, etc;
  • Create sustainable networks of solution partners’ & development of joint sales strategies;
  • Calculate & prepare proposals in cooperation with the project team;
  • Support the existing key account customers.

Required Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years of software/solution sales in software sales in the segments of Government, Transportation & Defense;
  • Experienced with long complex sales processes related to large business– mission critical solutions – with a track record of successful results with demonstrated quota over-achievement;
  • Solid network of relationship in the industry: clients and market players;
  • Familiar with public tenders’ processes Proposals/Bid creation & review.
