Sales Representative Utilities, Telco & Local Government Italy (M/F/O)

Role:

  • Achieve the assigned sales quota of their software solutions such as network information systems and GIS, in the field of utilities, Telco and local government
  • Generate growth by acquiring new customers and developing new market segments
  • Generate Demand through marketing initiatives, conferences, alliances
  • Establish and expand sustainable customer relationships, assuring customer engagement by advising on new solution components, delivering demos, promoting executive meetings, webcasts, conferences, etc.
  • Create stainable networks of solution partners’ and development of joint sales strategies
  • Calculate and prepare proposals in cooperation with the project team
  • Manage Pipeline with regular use of CRM: leads, opportunity development, forecasting
  • Support the existing key account customers
  • Manage Public Administration procurement processes (MEPA, Consip, etc)

Requirements:

  •  10+ years of software/solution sales in the Italian utilities, telco and local government market
  • A track record of successful results with demonstrated quota over achievement
  • Solid network of relationships in the industry: clients and market players
  • Familiar with public tenders’ processes
  • Strong industry knowledge as well as GIS and network inventory solutions
  • Ability to advise and think conceptually to develop customized solutions for network information systems based on our products
  • Autonomous in preparing your own sales material
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and fast learner
  • Negotiation
  • Individual contributor, able to engage with the team
